I am a stay-at home-mom of two children in Carlsbad, California. I have been developing my interest in creating unique, fun, and "hip" clothing for my children and friends since September 2006. I practiced as a pediatric occupational therapist until my second child came along. This career required endless creativity, attention to detail, and accountability, which was an excellent foundation for starting my business. I started "Monique's Boutique" with the notion that I would love to work for myself, from home, and have fun with a business that used my talents. I am very excited that my clothing has been popular and that I am now able to showcase it on my website and in local San Diego boutiques!
